Consent to personal data processing

I hereby, acting on my own behalf, voluntarily and not under the influence of error, by ticking the box next to the text “I consent to the processing of personal data” and clicking the submit button of the completed form, give my consent to the following personal data operator:

for the purpose of processing incoming applications from the website located at: https://Brodeks.ru/  and all its subdomains (hereinafter – “Website”).

I hereby confirm my consent to the transfer by the Operator of the above personal data to achieve the goals specified above in the Personal Data Processing Policy, and also give my consent to the processing of such personal data by third parties in the volumes and for the period specified in this consent, but not more than is required to ensure the fulfillment of the personal data processing goals.

The term of this consent to personal data processing begins from the moment it is submitted to the Operator and terminates upon achievement of the personal data processing goals, upon receipt of a withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, or exclusion of the Operator from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

This consent may be revoked by sending the Operator a corresponding written notification to the Operator's address: 190005, гaint Petersburg, Egorova St., d. 25 лiter a, pom. 28-n office 1 or by contacting the Operator with a corresponding request by e-mail law@ag-technologies.ru. In this case, the Operator ceases personal data processing, and personal data is subject to destruction, if there are no other legal grounds for processing established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator processes personal data strictly adhering to the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Website in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ.
