    • Wash at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, as higher temperatures can cause the item to shrink or stretch.

    • Special gels for delicate fabrics or liquid detergents are suitable for washing thermal underwear. Do not use powdered detergents, bleaches, fabric softeners, or conditioners — they impair the breathability and water-repellent properties of the fabric.

    • Spin in a washing machine at low revolutions.

    • Dry thermal underwear flat on a horizontal surface.

    • Store thermal underwear folded to prevent stretching.
