    To ensure your thermal underwear lasts long and performs its functions, follow these rules:

    • Thermal underwear should be washed after each active wear. Skin particles, hairs, and secretions from sebaceous glands clog the micro-cavities between fibers, which can disrupt thermoregulation and moisture wicking.

    • Before washing, turn the item inside out.

    • Wash at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, as higher temperatures can cause the item to shrink or stretch.

    • Special gels for delicate fabrics or liquid detergents are suitable for washing thermal underwear. Do not use powdered detergents, bleaches, conditioners, or rinses — they impair breathability and water-repellent properties of the fabric.

    • Spinning in a washing machine is allowed at low speeds.

    • Dry thermal underwear on a horizontal surface, spread out flat.

    • Store thermal underwear folded to prevent stretching.
